Before a customer applies for a travel arrangement, TTGJ provides the applicable service details, total price, consultation or handling charges, payment terms, cancellation conditions and other important contractual information in writing.
A requested service is not confirmed until TTGJ issues written confirmation and receives any required application payment, unless TTGJ expressly states otherwise in writing.
